INGREDIENTS
(1 oz) 30ml choice of infused spirit
(1oz) 30ml sweet vermouth
(1/2oz) 15ml red bitter aperitif
(1/2oz) 15ml coffee liqeur
TOOLS
1x Jigger
1x barspoon or stick
1x mixing glass
METHOD
Pour all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add lots of ice and mix well for about 10 seconds. Strain and serve in a rocks glass over plenty of ice. Garnish with a piece of dark chocolate.
