INGREDIENTS
(2 oz) 60ml ginger infused spirit
(1oz) 30ml lemon juice
(1oz) 30ml pineapple juice
(1/2oz) 15ml cranberry juice
TOOLS
1x Jigger
1x shaker
1x strainer
METHOD
Combine all ingredients to a shaker, add lots of ice and shake hard for about 10 seconds.
Strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with candied ginger on a stick.
