Licorice Sour



INGREDIENTS
(2 oz) 60ml licorice root infused spirit
(1oz) 30ml lemon juice
(3/4oz) 20ml sugar syrup

TOOLS
1x Jigger
1x shaker
1x strainer

METHOD
Muddle the raspberries at the bottom of a shaker, add the rest of the ingredients to the shaker, add lots of ice and shake hard for about 10 seconds. Strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a fresh raspberry on a stick.
