INGREDIENTS
(1 oz) 30ml cinnamon infused spirit
3/4oz) 20ml Orange liqueur
(3/4oz) 20ml double cream
(3/4oz) 20ml whole milk
(1/4oz) 10ml sugar syrup
TOOLS
1x Jigger
1x shaker
1x strainer
METHOD
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, add lots of ice and shake hard for about 10 seconds.
Strain in a chilled martini glass. Garnish with some cinnamon powder.
