1. Pour 300ml of base spirit in a container.
2. Add the oak wood to the spirit.
3. Allow to infuse for up to 48h but make sure to taste it during the infusion to check the wood intensity is to your liking.
4. Strain the oak wood out through some filter paper.
5. Bottle it in a decanter using the funnel.
