PINK PEPPERCORN



1. Pour 300ml of base spirit in a container.
2. Crush half test tube of pink peppercorns.
3. Add the pink peppercorns to the spirit.
4. Allow to infuse for up to 24h giving it a shake halfway through.
5. Strain the pink peppercorn out through some filter paper.
6. Bottle it in a decanter using the funnel.
