1. Pour 300ml of base spirit in a container.
2. Add half a test tube of licorice root to the spirit.
3. Allow to infuse for max 8h giving it a shake halfway through and tasting it to check if you're happy with the intensity .
4. Strain the licorite root out through some filter paper.
5. Bottle it in a decanter using the funnel.
