1. Pour 300ml of base spirit in a container.
2. Add half a test tube of orange peel to the spirit.
3. Allow to infuse for 24h giving it a shake halfway through.
4. Strain the orange peel out through some filter paper.
5. Bottle it in a decanter using the funnel.
