1. Pour 300ml of base spirit in a container.
2. Add half a test tube of cinnamon to the spirit. Optional: lightly heat up the cinnamon in a pan for extra aroma before adding it to the spirit.
3. Allow to infuse for 24h giving it a shake halfway through.
4.Strain the cinnamon out through some filter paper.
5.Bottle it in a decanter using the funnel.
